How do toll charges work?

All tolls are automatically charged to the users default payment method once a month for all tolls which occurred in the previous month. This means that it can take anywhere from 14-50 days to be charged for a toll trip taken during your booking.

Once we successfully collect payment for your toll trips, an invoice email is sent to show the breakdown of the toll trips, what time and which booking they occurred in. At this moment there are no processing or transaction fees on the cost of tolls.

Please ensure there are sufficient funds each month for your toll balance to be paid on your default payment method on the app, or otherwise update your desired payment method to be default.

Note that failure to pay toll balances can result in account suspension, and we may commence collections action to recover the funds that will result in additional fees and cost if the balance in not cleared.
