What happens when I go somewhere without internet coverage?

If you go somewhere without internet/cellular coverage (for example, underground carparks or remote areas), you can not control the vehicle via the Ohmie GO app anymore. However, a vehicle access card will always be available which can be used to lock/unlock the vehicle.

For Teslas, there is a card reader on the driver's side door where you can swipe the card.

Please note: The access cards must be placed back into their original position after every booking or fees may apply.
