What happens when if my booking expires?

If you have not started your booking by at latest 15 minutes after the start time (or 90 minutes for weekend bookings) then it will expire. Please attempt to make another booking via the app if you still need the vehicle.

Expired bookings may incur fees and users who have displayed repeated behaviour of allowing bookings to expire may have action taken against them.
