What should I do if my booking expires?

Bookings will expire if they are not started via the app within 15 minutes of the start time.

If your booking has expired and you still require the car, please try booking it again through the app. You may see a pending charge on your account for a few days for the pre-authorisation charge of your expired booking. Don't worry, it has been voided and it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to be released and the charge to disappear. See our article on pre-authorsiation for more information.

Note: the flat rate weekend booking has an extended expiration time of 90 minutes.

Expired bookings may incur fees and users who have displayed repeated behaviour of allowing bookings to expire may have action taken against them.
