How do I return the bike at the end of my booking?
- Locate the dock your bike belongs to by checking the dock number and model in the app
- Align the front wheel with the bike stand and gently push it into the dock. You should feel a tactile "click" and the bike should be secure on both sides of the fork.
- Plug in the charger.
- End your booking via the app.
If you receieve an error that the bike is not locked properly please unlock the dock using the app controls and try locking it in again.
If you receieve an error that the bike is not charging, please ensure the charging cable is plugged in at the bike and the dock. If you are using the Lekker X model please ensure the battery is still on before plugging in the charger else it will not charge.
