I Have a grey screen! What should I do?
Sometimes this happens when the application's cache is corrupted.
If you have Android:
Settings > Apps > Ohmie GO > Storage and Cache > tap "Clear Storage" and accept the warning
If you have iPhone:
Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Ohmie GO > tap "Clear Cache" - if that option is not available to you, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the application by holding the application icon and deleting the application.
