I am toggling my TP-Link device, but nothing is happening

Before we try to fix your problem, here's a great one we heard the other day.

Q: What do electricians chant when they meditate?

A: Ohm...

Ok, enough with the jokes, let's get your TP-Link working again. The first and most important thing to do is to make sure the power switch that the TP-Link is plugged into is turned on.

Then try using the Kasa app on your smartphone to control your smart plug. If this doesn't work, then the problem isn't with the ohmie platform and you should check the TP-Link support site (Smart Plugs | TP-Link Australia) for further instructions. Your journey at ohmie support ends here...
