Voltro cloud connectivity troubleshooting

If your Voltro is experiencing connectivity issues to the ohmie cloud, the RGB LED will indicate what the nature of the issue is.

  • If the RBG LED is blinking green, it is connecting to your Wi-FI network successfully.
    • If your Voltro does not start breathing cyan after 5 minutes, follow these steps - click me - to put your Voltro into BYPASS mode and then contact our support team at support@ohmie.co so that we can help.
  • If the RGB LED is rapidly blinking cyan, it is connecting to your Wi-Fi network as well as the ohmie cloud.
    • If your Voltro does not start breathing cyan after 5 minutes, follow these steps - click me - to put your Voltro into BYPASS mode and then contact our support team at support@ohmie.co so that we can help.
  • If the RGB LED is breathing green, it is connected your Wi-Fi network successfully, but not the ohmie cloud cloud. This generally indicates an issue with the internet service.Please confirm if the internet is accessible over the Wi-Fi network with another device - smartphone, tablet, laptop etc.
    • If your other devices are able to connect to the Internet and if your Voltro does not start breathing cyan after 5 minutes, follow these steps - click me - to put your Voltro into BYPASS mode and contact our support team at support@ohmie.co so that we can help.
