I turned on my pool heater, but it’s not heating up!

At the heart of your HVAC system is the magical heat pump and in a typical installation, there is only one heat pump.

Now, the heat pump can only do one thing at a time, so the ohmie platform must decide what the heat pump does based on different parts of your system.

So if the pool isn't heating up, then it's likely that other parts are taking priority over the pool - for example, hot-water. Nobody likes a cold shower!

Once the other higher priority elements of the system have been satisfied, your pool heater should resume the heating process.
