My granny flat has no power, but my main house does. Help!

As part of your Smart Flat package, two smart relays has been installed into your granny flat's electrical distribution board.

If you find that your granny flat does not have any power, but your main house does, then please follow the 'Lost Power Troubleshooting' steps carefully on the Voltro support page - click me

After you have power restored, or if you have problems carrying out the above steps, please send an email to support@ohmie.co so that we can get to work on why power was lost in the first place.
