My power usage data isn't being refreshed on my dashboard
If refreshing the ohmie dashboard doesn't resolve the issue, we need to make sure that your 'Main' Voltro smart relay in your granny flat sub-distribution board is online and connected to the Symbiot Technology cloud.

If you have confirmed that your 'Main' Voltro is online and connected to the Symbiot Technology cloud and your usage data still isn't being refreshed, please send a support email to support@ohmie.co with a brief description of the problem and all the steps taken and we'll try our best to help you out.
